Morlan Prairie is a unique, development at the corner of Fir and Brick Roads in Granger, Indiana.

Lot 1 with 105’ frontage on Fir road is .5 acres. Lot 2 is the corner of Brick and Fir roads with 237’ frontage, and 1.1 acres including the remodeled ranch home with plenty of room for additional buildings.
